We want you to love your Vera products. If you are not satisfied, please read our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
2. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@veracosmetics.co with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@veracosmetics.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: opened or used products, gift cards, and items purchased during final sale promotions.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
